We are seeking a Quality and Reliability Engineer to support missile field surveillance. You will plan, develop, and execute field surveillance efforts to ensure the product’s success through engineering methods and technical expertise. In this role, you will work in multidisciplinary Integrated Product Teams to develop solutions that support developmental and operational goals.

Requirements

• ABET accredited degree
• 14 years of related experience
• 4 years of direct experience with the PATRIOT system or comparable missile defense platforms.
• Some travel
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Military service with hands-on PATRIOT system experience
• Foreign Military Sales support experience

Responsibilities

• Perform field assessments and collect data to validate system performance and requirement compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field activities.
• Evaluate field surveillance data and report finding and recommendations.
• Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with the product requirements and applicable standards.
• Support cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, product office and operational staff.
• Support troubleshooting activities and assist in issue resolution.
• Support engineering solutions for surveillance improvement.
