About The Position

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time QUALITY AND REGULATORY INTERN in 24 Schilling Rd located at Global Headquarters. This is a 10-week internship (June 1, 2026 - August 7th, 2026) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Launch your career with a Global Leader in Flavor. Requirements

  • Current enrollment as an undergraduate college rising Junior or Senior.
  • Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biological & Physical Sciences, Engineering or related field.
  • Interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a plant environment over a 10-week Summer Internship Program.
  • Be part of a collaborative cross functional team working to standardize/improve food safety, quality systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead 2-3 projects that may include Statistical Process Control and System Capability Improvements.
  • Issue and Complaint Resolution.
  • New Product Scale Up.
  • Implementation of Food Safety and Quality Policies/Standards.
  • Sanitary Design for New Capital Projects.
  • Compliance to New US FDA Nutrition Labeling Regulations.
  • CIP validation leadership and/or execution.
  • Updating of site Food Safety Plans/Hazard Analysis and procedures.
  • Supporting day to day quality tasks for operations quality, customer quality or regulatory affairs.
  • Engage in JTE projects, activities, and initiatives.
  • Attend events coordinated by the Talent Acquisition team.

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour.
