About The Position

In the role of Quality and Records Manager, we'll count on you to serve as the local leadership representative for quality and support the implementation of the QMS. You will work to continually advance the culture of quality by working in close partnership with area leadership and serving as the local representative of the quality office. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to Project Managers regarding the development of project plans, coordinating with local area business group project quality managers, and regularly reporting QMS implementation and audit resolution strategies to the Quality Office. You will also communicate QMS and ILG updates to area leadership and staff, develop local area processes supporting QMS implementation, and provide leadership and supervision to area project coordinators. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive new employee onboarding program and respond to staff questions related to the organization’s QMS.

Requirements

  • Professional Degree required or equivalent years of experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in related quality fields.
  • Applicable quality certification (or ability to obtain).
  • A firm understanding of QMS fundamentals.
  • Proven skills in the areas of staff communication and engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience.
  • Strong familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update local area processes supporting QMS and ILG requirements.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to area project coordinators across Business Groups.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive new employee onboarding program.
  • Respond to staff questions or issues related to policies and procedures related to the QMS.
  • Identify local opportunities for training and support through monitoring loss trends.
