About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Quality and Performance Assurance Coordinator [DOE0125124] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Quality and Performance Assurance Coordinator [DOE0125124] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 06 Assistant Manager for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years QA experience; DOE/NQA-1 preferred.
  • BS or equivalent; QA certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits, surveillances, manage corrective actions, maintain QAP procedures.
  • Lead quality assurance oversight, audits, and self-assessment processes to enhance compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of quality and performance assurance processes.
  • Enhance contractor compliance and support managerial oversight at the Hanford Site.
