About The Position

Work with the Quality Safety & Service Improvement Department to develop, deliver, implement and evaluate a comprehensive quality and safety programme with associated structures, policies and processes to improve the quality and safety of services within the Community Services, Integrated Health Areas of Limerick, Clare and North Tipperary To drive core programmes of work in quality, safety and risk management, including: quality improvement patient safety and service improvement risk management incident management including the facilitation of incident reviews supporting and advising services in relation to compliance with regulations and the implementation of national standards supporting services in the implementation of recommendations from inspection reports, reviews and audits promoting service user and community involvement in improving services
