Organization: Transplant Quality Job Summary: Serves as a quality and patient safety advisor who supports the transplant program by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, analyzing performance data, and assisting in quality improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in healthcare quality and compliance. (Note: This is a hyrid role working on-site 3 days a week on-site, so we are seeking a candidate that lives in the Middle Tennessee area)

Requirements

  • Prioritization/ Targeted Focus (Intermediate): Distill down needed work to focus teams with limited resources on critical path, while keeping the larger picture in mind. Effectively message and focus teams on critical path in light of larger efforts.
  • Data Transformation into Information (Intermediate): Create and Interpret data findings through appropriate methods of data visualization. Identify opportunities for improvement, translate into improvement plans, and develop requirements to support improvement initiatives
  • Relationship Building (Intermediate): Develops cooperative internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, validate, and analyze transplant program data to identify trends and performance metrics.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Presentation Development & Delivery Build clear, visually engaging presentations to communicate data findings and quality initiatives.
  • Present results and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
  • Compliance & Policy Management Assist in maintaining compliance with CMS, OPTN, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support development and updates of policies and procedures to align with current regulations.
  • Site Survey Preparation Participate in readiness activities for accreditation and regulatory site visits.
  • Organize documentation and assist with mock audits.
  • Process Improvement Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support implementation and monitoring of quality improvement projects.
