The Quality Data & Insights Analyst plays a critical role in advancing our health systems quality and safety goals by transforming complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights. This position partners with performance improvement, infection prevention, regulatory, and patient safety teams to extract, analyze, visualize, and communicate key healthcare metrics to senior leadership. This is not a passive reporting role; our analysts dig deep into administrative data, translate complex quality specifications, benchmark performance, and help drive strategic decisions. You'll work with cutting-edge tools (Power BI, Vizient, EMR data) to build dashboards, guide target-setting, and tell compelling data stories that shape real-world outcomes for patients and teams across the system.
