Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Quality Analyst - Senior to support this mission at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Responsibilities: As a Quality Analyst - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Plans and leads quality assurance efforts for all PMO support activities, covering enterprise-level implementations and site-specific capability/capacity projects crucial to C2ISR Transport Infrastructure expansion. Develops and implements comprehensive quality management plans and strategies for PMO deliverables and processes, ensuring alignment with overall TO objectives. Evaluates the effectiveness of current PMO quality control mechanisms and recommends major changes to enhance overall quality, efficiency, and impact on project success. Functions as a technical expert in quality assurance methodologies, providing guidance to PMO teams and projects, particularly on identifying technical, architectural, and systematic paths. Analyzes complex quality data and performance results across multiple PMO-supported projects to identify systemic issues and areas for strategic improvement. Presents strategic quality insights and recommendations to Government leadership POCs and senior PMO management, influencing decision-making related to C2ISR growth. Mentors and supervises junior quality analysts, ensuring adherence to PMO quality standards and best practices. Drives the continuous improvement of PMO processes by leading initiatives based on quality evaluations and emerging best practices. Ensures that all PMO-generated documentation (plans, reports, communications) adheres to the highest quality standards, completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates strategically with technical staff and senior customer representatives to integrate quality considerations into project specifications and operational requirements. Identifies and mitigates quality-related risks across the PMO's project portfolio, developing and overseeing corrective action plans. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with a BS/BA, or 6 years’ experience with an MS/MA or 3 years’ experience with a PhD.
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
