About The Position

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Analyst I is responsible for auditing key production activities that impact product quality. This role supports problem resolution through data analysis, monitoring quality indicators, and identifying non-compliance situations that require corrective action. Success in this role requires strong attendance, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Audit key production and quality activities to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
  • Assist in problem resolution through data analysis and monitoring of quality indicators
  • Identify non-compliance situations and support corrective actions
  • Review database information to identify trends and recurring quality issues
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and graphics summarizing quality data and findings
  • Communicate quality concerns to Shift Supervisors, Line Operators, Process Technicians, and Quality leadership
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work environment
  • Perform all quality-related testing as required
  • Deliver training to line operators and other auditors
  • Maintain records to comply with regulatory requirements, GMP, and HACCP
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
  • Perform duties accurately, precisely, and in an organized manner
  • Organize work effectively in a changing environment
  • Follow housekeeping policies and all safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
