About The Position

This position executes various activities to support production, including documentation maintenance and preparation, reviewing and filing records, and ensuring efficient compliance with ISO standards, cGMP, and customer expectations. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • One to three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Communicates effectively through all necessary messaging and actively listens to others

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and co-workers
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Prior experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Windows, and other software as needed
  • Comfortable with defining problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Responsibilities

  • Use and monitoring of manual and software system programs utilized within the quality management system
  • Understand terms and processes as it relates to the production and testing of products
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality system standards
  • Assist in maintaining and communicating the company’s quality policies and procedures
  • Prepare daily batch records, labels, and logs
  • Assist in auditing records to verify completion and compliance
  • Compile data to support the trending program
  • File completed records including, but not limited to, completed batch records, on-site training records, completed validations, calibration records, and completed qualification records
  • Assist in performing raw material release
  • Perform count verifications for material in production
