Shift - 1st Shift Support daily Quality processes to ensure a dependable and efficient material flow at SILC Assist to manage daily, Non-Conformance material events Assist, support, and coordinate quality sorts at SILC Provide Non-Conformance information in a timely manner Inform and/or escalate quality issues or concerns of operations/processes at SILC Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse environment. Frequent interaction with warehouse team members and supervisors. Requires physical movement including standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Shipping/Receiving/Transportation environment preferred
  • Forklift experience a bonus – will train
  • Experience with basic computer systems and scan guns.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication.
  • Team-oriented and dependable.
  • Physically able to handle freight.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily Quality processes to ensure a dependable and efficient material flow at SILC
  • Assist to manage daily, Non-Conformance material events
  • Assist, support, and coordinate quality sorts at SILC
  • Provide Non-Conformance information in a timely manner
  • Inform and/or escalate quality issues or concerns of operations/processes at SILC

Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $16.75–$17.50 per hour + 2nd & 3rd shifts include a $3.00 premium where applicable
  • Accrue up to five days PTO in first year.
  • Two-weeks’ vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
