About The Position

The Qualified Plan Strategist (Sales Executive) at Great Gray Trust Company is responsible for engaging with clients to promote and sell retirement solutions while managing existing relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 0-1 years' sales experience in the financial services industry, or a combined minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Intermediate computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft products and CRM database software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective clients to position, promote, and sell Great Gray solutions.
  • Own relationships with clients with less than $1B Defined Contribution AUM within defined geography.
  • Uncover larger sales opportunities in collaboration with external sales team members.
  • Answer inbound calls, discuss solutions, and identify selling opportunities.
  • Travel with external sales team members as needed.
  • Attend and support client events or conferences as a company representative.
  • Promote personal sales ideas and identify new methodologies to maximize sales.
  • Utilize CRM database software to track client interactions and relationship progression.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
