Requirements

• Must be registered with the Board of Health Professions as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Children or Adults (QMHP-C and QMHP-A).
• If not registered, must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and 1 year of full-time experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals receiving services, including Intensive In-Home, Virtual Residential, Mental Health Skill-Building, or Parent Coaching.
• Utilize behavior management, modeling, care coordination, crisis intervention, psycho-education, and skills training in treatment.
• Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and required trainings.
• Create individualized service plans (ISPs) and implement goals and objectives.
• Complete required clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
