About The Position
The Qualified Mental Health Professional Lead (QMHP) is a clinic-based team lead responsible for providing case management and skill training services within the Adult Behavioral Health division. This role focuses on delivering recovery-oriented, person-centered care with a trauma-informed approach, while leading a team to ensure high-quality service delivery. The QMHP Team Lead engages in diagnostic evaluations, assesses client needs, and implements strategies for program development, all while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
