About The Position
As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), you will deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan. You will be responsible for reporting changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connecting with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience. Continuous learning and development opportunities will be available through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. You will also need to comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information, and perform any other duties as assigned.
