What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support Supervise and mentor RBTs, BCaBAs, and QASP-S staff Analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical leadership team
Requirements
- Active Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good standing with QABA
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Supervisory experience with RBTs, BCaBAs, and/or QASP-S professionals
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
