About The Position

The position involves performing all qualifications and recruiting for the Drive Away Division. Responsibilities include receiving recruiting calls, obtaining driver information, maintaining driver records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires running reports and performing any other duties specified by management.

Requirements

• Previous transportation experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive D/A Recruiting calls and obtain driver information.
• Maintain all D/A driver physical, license, and reviews in TMS and Data Magine.
• Submit requests for background checks, past employment, and MVRs to ensure drivers meet minimal qualifications.
• Enter all new driver paperwork and obtain any missing information.
• Schedule drivers for orientation.
• Maintain D/A and power only driver compliance including logs, tags, and certified letters of terminations.
• Run reports as needed for report outs on new leases, terminations, and equipment compliance.
• Perform any other duty specified by management.
