About The Position

Under the direction of the Continuous Improvement Manager and/or The Quality Supervisor, the Quality Assistant is to provide clerical support to the various roles of the quality department and production

Requirements

• Ability to work within Alliance Industries’ Core vales of Creativity, Honesty, Accountability, and Pride
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• Organizational skills
• High school diploma or in progress

Nice To Haves

• Experience in computer focused environment

Responsibilities

• Follow PDS standard and format previously established in formatting new PDS for production
• Notify Quality Supervisor and/or Quality Technicians in any missing photographs needed in processing PDS
• Follow up Production for any errors or missing information needed
• Regular and on time attendance
• Active participation in Team meeting, including presenting when needed
• Other duties as assigned
