The QTS Leadership Development Program (QLDP) is a structured initiative aimed at preparing high-potential candidates for leadership roles within QTS. This 16- to 24-month program involves five rotations across various departments, including Site Operations, Property Development, Technology Operations, Sales, and Corporate Shared Services. Participants will lead projects, gain a comprehensive understanding of the data center industry, and receive support in identifying a suitable role within the company upon completion of the program.

  • Lead process improvement projects and provide general support in critical areas directly impacting Site Operations, Property Development, Technology Operations, Sales, and Corporate Shared Services.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the data center industry, QTS product offering, and QTS operating model.
  • Balance assigned/directed tasks with self-identified project opportunities.
  • Form and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Analyze the operational and financial impacts of proposed solutions to make impactful recommendations.
  • Regularly present findings to various levels of QTS leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.
  • Four or more years of professional experience.
  • Superior people skills - must be able to work effectively with multiple business groups and levels of seniority.
  • US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts.
  • Advanced degree (technical Master's degree or MBA).
  • Seven or more years of professional experience.
  • Two or more years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in technology, construction, engineering, or energy sectors.
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Process Improvement Certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Geographic flexibility within two years.
