About The Position

The Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Training Intern will support the development and delivery of training programs across all QSR Brands. This role will assist in creating engaging learning materials, coordinating training sessions, and gathering feedback to improve employee onboarding and operational excellence. Throughout the internship program you will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, facilitation, and restaurant operations. Requirements

  • Strong interest in digital learning platforms and technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in learning and development or restaurant operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of training materials supporting QSR team members.
  • Support the administration and configuration of LMS and CMS platforms.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance for new learning technology features and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Training) to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new training initiatives.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and competitor training programs.
  • Provide administrative support for training-related projects and initiatives.
