About The Position

The QSR Supervisor supports the daily operations of all Quick Service Restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth service execution, efficient workflows, and high-quality food and beverage delivery. This role assists in supervising Team Members, coordinating staffing levels, maintaining product availability, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards. The Assistant Manager collaborates closely with the QSR Manager and tenant partners, responds to guest concerns with professionalism, and helps drive departmental goals related to service, efficiency, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a food court or quick service environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle a flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
  • Execute all Food Operation Department responsibilities by enforcing Graton Resort & Casino's policies and procedures fairly among all Team Members and in accordance with the company's negotiated union contract.
  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure consistent excellence in service.
  • Train and develop staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and graciously.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments, ensuring optimal floor coverage and operational flow while maintaining full compliance with Union agreements and labor regulations.
  • Assist in managing tenant partners, ensuring open communication, timely resolution of operational concerns, and alignment with property standards and expectations.
