About The Position

Maintenance will maintain and clean assigned Jones Petro facility and grounds. This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individuals looking to assist in our growing Retail Operation.

Requirements

All positions require open availability and no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed.
Crew Schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position is variable, which means changing schedules are a requirement of this job.
Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds.
Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

Work cooperatively and accept direction from supervisors.
Interact appropriately with customers and staff.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Collect and remove all trash.
Sweep and mop floors and rugs.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and showers and restock supplies.
Keep entrances clean and neatly presented, clean entrance doors regularly.
Keep sidewalks, parking lot, fueling and parking areas and outside perimeter policed of trash and litter.
Keep gas pumps clean and supplies fully stocked. Change filters, nozzles, scuffs and splashes on an “as needed” basis.
Keep storage rooms clean and free of clutter.
Perform facility maintenance work as requested including, but not limited to: grounds maintenance, basic or light duty plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
Assist in store operations on an “as needed” basis.
