The Restaurant Shift Lead directly supervises the operations of a shift in a restaurant. This position coordinates the work of team members assigned to the shift and maintains the Company and Brand operational standards ensuring all guests leave satisfied. The role includes providing excellent guest service, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, directing team members, ensuring product quality and food safety, monitoring cash and inventory records, and guaranteeing a safe environment for team members and guests.
