Join Haleon’s Quality Supply Chain (QSC) team and help us improve the performance of our manufacturing operations through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement. This role is part of our Graduate Rotational Program and will begin with a rotation at our Guayama, PR site on the Operational Excellence team and help us drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across our manufacturing and supply chain operations. You’ll take on business-critical roles that offer deep insights into our end-to-end operations. You’ll learn how to identify performance gaps, simplify processes, and implement solutions that deliver measurable impact. Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and fellow graduates, supported by bespoke training programs designed to accelerate your development. As an Operational Excellence Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a highly complex environment, develop your leadership potential, and contribute to meaningful work that impacts lives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Graduation by August 2026.
  • Must be eligible to work in Puerto Rico and the U.S. at the time of, and for the duration of, employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of Puerto Rico work authorization.
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong interest in operational excellence, process improvement, and data analysis.
  • Must be willing to work onsite full-time in Guayama, Puerto Rico.
  • Willingness to relocate to the U.S. for second rotation. Potential locations include: Richmond, VA; St. Louis MO; Warren, NJ; Lincoln, NE.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical skills such as simulation software (e.g., Minitab), statistical analysis, and AutoCAD are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through two business-critical roles over two years, starting at our Guayama, PR site.

  • Lead impactful projects that improve equipment efficiency, reduce costs, and simplify batch records.

  • Analyze and optimize processes using digital tools and statistical analysis to unlock efficiencies.
