About The Position

The Quality Plus Store Maintenance employee is responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and functionality in compliance with company standards. This role involves both outdoor and indoor tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive work accurately.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs frequently.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and climb steps for short and long lengths of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of store appearance and equipment.
• Work outside to keep pumps and lot clean and stocked.
• Perform general landscaping and building cleanliness tasks.
• Stock and organize inside the store, including trash removal and cleaning duties.
• Sweep, mop, and clean restrooms as needed.
• Bag ice and perform other assigned tasks.
• Report any safety issues and maintain MSDS Sheets.
• Keep first aid supplies stocked and in date.
