About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QMS Specialist to join our team. The QMS Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our Quality Management System (QMS) is in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience in implementing and maintaining QMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and QMS implementation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS policies and procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS is integrated into all business processes
• Provide training to employees on QMS policies and procedures
• Participate in external audits and regulatory inspections
• Maintain QMS documentation and records
