About The Position
The QMHA provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The QMHA provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. Shifts Available: On Call, Morning, Evening or Overnight Shift. Can work 8 hrs, 10 hrs or 12 hr shift. Days can vary. Expected starting wage range is $18.69 - $22.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Deschutes Recovery Center is a Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) serving 16 individuals with mental illness, ages, 18+, who are transitioning from the State Hospital or other secure facilities to a community-based program. Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D and three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
- Must be eligible to be credentialed as a QMHA in the state of Oregon and obtain QMHA-R (registration) within 30 days of hire and must obtain QMHA certification within 12 months of hire date
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
