Requirements

• Current QMAP certification (required)
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Warm, compassionate, and resident-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• We are looking for someone with integrity and who treats every resident like family.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in assisted living or senior care - preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations
• Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and leadership
• Support residents with kindness, patience, and respect
• Assist with daily living needs as required
