This Two Bedroom apartment is located in central Longmont, monthly charge is TBD This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located separate and upstairs from the assisted living community. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator and garbage disposal. Included in the rent is utilities, trash service and access to laundry facilities. The apartment is heated with base board heat and cooled with swamp coolers. The apartment has two bathrooms, and storage space. This apartment can work well for a small family. Required responsibilities for the apartment: on-call 50% of the month which means that you agree to be available and accessible for emergency needs. Staff are paid for all time spent in service to resident or facility needs. Additionally, staff are required to cover the night shift if support is needed. The tenant/employee is required to be employed at Cinnamon Park and have a QMAP credential along with the necessary training to respond to emergency needs. No Smoking - Street Parking - Laundry in Bldg. Full Time QMAP/Personal Care Provider position Key duties include: Duties include: Providing personal care to older adults-showering, medication assistance and responding to medical needs. Duties also include light housekeeping, laundry services and meal service to 24 residents.
