About The Position

The QMAP Caregiver position at Heritage Haus in Loveland, CO, involves providing essential care and support to residents in a home-like environment. Requirements

• First Aid/CPR Certification required
• Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) certification required
• Customer service skills

• Ability to pass a background check
• Flu inoculation (Sept-March)

Responsibilities

• Provide and monitor personal care for residents
• Assist residents with medication administration as directed by physician's orders and facility policies
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, including performing housekeeping tasks
• Participate in activities with residents
• Assist in maintaining resident reports and other records as required by State regulation
• Answer the telephone in a professional manner and take complete messages
• Respond to requests in a positive manner
• Attend classes, in-services, and meetings as required
