Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) – Assisted Living / Memory Care 📍 Location: Marquette Senior Living 💵 Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.37 per hour (pay is based on expierence) Are you looking for stability, longevity, and real opportunities to grow? Position Summary As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Assisted Living or Memory Care, you will support licensed nursing staff by delivering safe medication administration and compassionate, resident-centered care. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel respected, comfortable, and well cared for each day.
Requirements
- Completion of a state-approved QMA Training Program
- Successful completion of the State Board QMA Exam
- Active QMA registration on the Indiana State CNA Registry
- Working knowledge of CNA/QMA duties and ADL support
- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate care
Responsibilities
- Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Accurately document medication administration and report concerns promptly
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers
- Support meal service, hydration, and overall resident comfort
- Respond promptly to resident call lights
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
- Follow direction from the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership
