Millennium Corporation is hiring a Qlik Sense Developer to work 100% REMOTE (from the East Coast). The candidate must have an active secret clearance. The Qlik Sense Developer will: Develop, deploy, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards using Qlik Sense to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex data into visually appealing, user-friendly solutions. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Qlik Sense using Qlik scripting. Create data models and optimize associative data engines for efficient performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable dashboard features. Implement advanced analytics, including calculated measures, set analysis, and dynamic reporting. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, responsive, and optimized for both desktop and mobile users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, dashboard performance, and user experience. Provide documentation and training to end-users to maximize dashboard adoption and usability. Stay current with Qlik Sense updates, features, and best practices to enhance development processes.

Requirements

Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a relevant discipline
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in developing dashboards
Qlik Sense certification (e.g., Qlik Sense Business Analyst or Qlik Sense Data Architect)
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and business teams.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Strong proficiency with Qlik Sense
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
