Design, develop, and implement data replication solutions using Qlik Replicate.
Manage end-to-end data replication pipelines between various source and target systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, SAP, Snowflake, etc.).
Monitor and troubleshoot replication jobs to ensure high data quality, performance, and availability.
Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, and business analysts to understand data integration requirements.
Perform data profiling, source-target mapping, and transformation logic implementation.
Optimize replication performance and manage change data capture (CDC) processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation for Qlik Replicate configurations and data workflows.
Ensure security, compliance, and data governance best practices are followed.

5+ years of experience working in data integration and replication.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate (formerly Attunity Replicate).
Strong understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC) mechanisms and real-time data replication.
Experience working with diverse source and target systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, SAP, Snowflake, AWS RDS, Azure SQL, etc.
Solid knowledge of SQL, database design, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with other Qlik tools (e.g., Qlik Compose, Qlik Sense).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Qlik Replicate certification is a plus.
