About The Position
The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) at ARCA is responsible for overseeing the care and treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities in an InterCare Facility. This role involves supervising a team of 15-30 staff members, designing and implementing active treatment programs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop Individual Service Plans (ISPs). The QIDP ensures compliance with ICF/MR regulations and manages financial accounts related to the facility and individuals served.
