About The Position
TERI Inc. is a nonprofit organization with over four decades of experience serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We deliver innovative programs and compassionate care across education, residential services, and vocational opportunities. Our mission is rooted in respect, dignity, and empowering individuals to lead meaningful, independent lives. The QIDP plays a key leadership role reporting to the Director of Adult Services, overseeing the day-to-day operations and supervision of assigned residential group homes. This includes managing staff scheduling, providing on-site training and support, ensuring quality assurance, developing and evaluating resident programs, and directly supervising and evaluating all program staff. The QIDP also handles important administrative duties and steps in providing direct client care as needed, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
