About The Position

As a QIDP/BS, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating and providing services and direction in Applied Behavior Analysis, functional analyses and assessment. The QIDP/BS will also oversee all programming and provide ongoing support in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team for coordination and implementation of an individual's service Plan (ISP).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related health/human services field.
  • One year experience working with people with disabilities.
  • One year experience in program development and implementation.
  • Exemplary data collection.
  • Proven training abilities (one-on-one overlap, team teaching, or in a group).
  • Demonstrate clinical knowledge of many children with autism in different areas of the ASD spectrum.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing or hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social work, Education, or related field required.
  • Three to five years’ experience implementing/supervising ABA-based educational and behavioral programming and curriculum development.
  • BCBA certification or expected to have BCBA certification upon nine to twelve months of hire.
  • Five years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
