About The Position

As a QIDP/BS, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating and providing services and direction in Applied Behavior Analysis, functional analyses and assessment. The QIDP/BS will also oversee all programming and provide ongoing support in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team for coordination and implementation of an individual's service Plan (ISP).

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related health/human services field.
One year experience working with people with disabilities.
One year experience in program development and implementation.
Exemplary data collection.
Proven training abilities (one-on-one overlap, team teaching, or in a group).
Demonstrate clinical knowledge of many children with autism in different areas of the ASD spectrum.
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

Currently pursuing or hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social work, Education, or related field required.
Three to five years’ experience implementing/supervising ABA-based educational and behavioral programming and curriculum development.
BCBA certification or expected to have BCBA certification upon nine to twelve months of hire.
Five years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
