The Coordinator Inventory Management is responsible for tracking and managing inventory accuracy of products. This job processes returns and recalls related to distributed products and fills out necessary paperwork as needed. The Coordinator, Inventory Management plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are filled on time and accurately. This job tracks the financial impact of inventory levels and frequently communicates cross functionally with internal teams. What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements. Members of the QIC team will analyze existing inventory and resolve inbound discrepancies in order to drive the operational efficiency of warehouse operations – which can include validating inbound shipments and leading regular cycle counts. By ensuring the quality and efficiency of inventory management, this job contributes to customer satisfaction and minimizing the facility’s expenses.
