Community Health Center (CHC) has long been at the forefront of accessible, innovative, and integrated health care. In a rapidly evolving landscape where patients face challenges such as provider shortages, complex insurance systems, and limited appointment availability, CHC continues to adapt by applying technology and quality improvement (QI) strategies to strengthen patient care. The Quality Improvement Intern plays a key role in supporting CHC’s mission by improving existing workflows, implementing MassHealth quality requirements, and contributing to initiatives that enhance efficiency and care delivery.
