About The Position
To Complete a Certified Final Inspection on Critical Parts. Ensure part quality meets customer requirements as written on the Standard. Follow inspection standard as written, in the exact order on all parts every time. AWC Final Check before Customer.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates all essential duties & responsibilities.
- Demonstrates high level of understanding of Quality standards.
- Judges correctly Assembly, Machining and Porosity standards.
- Effectively keeps up with inspection demand per standard time.
- Correctly judges all defects according to standards.
- Quickly and precisely judges defects without leadership assistance.
- Identifies potential concerns and communicates needed actions.
- Complete full inspection on every part; does not stop if defect is found, identifies and finishes remaining inspection points prior to placing part on rejection rack.
