SUMMARY: The QHSE Data Specialist supports implementation of Motion’s Industries, Quality, Health, Safety & environment initiatives by monitoring, evaluating, calculating, and tracking QHSE and corporate responsibility measures within our systems while supporting our internal and external customers through administrative tasks. JOB DUTIES Assists with data collection, management, analysis, quality assurance & verification. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders regarding data requirements. Creates standard reporting and reporting dashboards on a variety of sustainability metrics. Assists with program analysis and recommendations for sustainability programs, pilot expansions, and improvements. Supports creation of annual sustainability report and carbon disclosure program. Compiles retail peer environmental benchmarking data including metrics, emissions reduction efforts and sustainability disclosures. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sustainability or related field. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Ability to connect data and create visualizations utilizing SQL, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI or other related programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. Ability to build effective relationships and interact with a variety of individuals and departments. Strong project management skills, including time management, taking initiative, and meeting deadlines. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
