Together, we can build what matters! This position encompasses the audit of all engines during various stages of the build process. The main responsibilities include auditing engines for compliance to the appropriate documentation; accurately recording all engine non-conformances in the AQE system and communicating found engine non-conformances to the appropriate person for repair. This person will work closely with all assembly personnel, support groups, and assembly management to meet product quality goals and objectives and will at times assist in quality functions outside of the audit process. This position will rotate throughout various quality gates in the assembly areas and will therefor require that the individual train in multiple areas.

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.

Consistent usage of required PPE for task being performed
Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
Standing and/or sitting at a desk while performing tasks

Responsibilities

Learning Caterpillar Systems and using them appropriately (MESA, AQE, etc.)
Inspect engine using provided enhance checklist to stop defects from moving forward.
