About The Position

The position involves controlling and distributing cards and dice to players in designated games, ensuring compliance with applicable controls, regulations, policies, and procedures. The dealer will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the game and providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience dealing Roulette, Baccarat, all Blackjack and Poker style variants.
• Tulalip Dealer training certificate may be accepted in lieu of experience.
• Prior experience dealing Craps preferred.
• Previous experience utilizing guest service skills preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a live audition with acceptable points in knowledge of specific game(s).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other present and past employers.
