About The Position

The Quality Control Technician works primarily in the Quality Control department of a branch warehouse but may be temporarily reassigned to work in any other warehouse department. These short reassignments are dictated by the flow of work and the demands of the business. Employees in this role will help out in all disciplines (audio, video, projection, etc.) of the QC department and must have a general proficiency with basic AV equipment and computers.

Requirements

Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain all Screen kits and packages.
Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
Assemble and configure screens for client delivery.
Organize and store all tested equipment.
Ensure all equipment is presentable and in ideal working conditions.
Possesses a basic understanding of inventory software for forecasting of workload.
Be able to handle hard deadlines and plan workflow depending on client needs.
Assist other departments when necessary.
Follow direction of the department leader and managers.
Maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
Complies with company policies and procedures.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
