About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform quality control testing on aggregate materials to ensure compliance with specifications Collect, prepare, and analyze material samples using standardized testing procedures Accurately document, report, and communicate test results to operations and leadership teams Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality trends and variations Maintain testing equipment and follow all safety and quality protocols

Requirements

  • Demonstrated capability to perform material testing and interpret results accurately
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
  • Ability to follow standardized testing methods and procedures consistently
  • Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a production environment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
