About The Position
Meridian Adhesives Group is a rapidly growing, full service global adhesive solutions provider, specializing in adhesive technologies used in electronics, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Fueled by a series of strategic acquisitions since its formation in 2018, Meridian has established itself as an adhesive technology leader for a broad, global, blue-chip customer base comprised of OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients with an expanding global footprint. Summary The QC Tech will be on the production floor checking each production line for quality issues and working with the quality manager on solving the quality issues.
Requirements
- Good communication skills (must speak fluent English)
- Basic Math Skills
- Self-Directed
Responsibilities
- Understand and follow Production Notes
- Ensure products and quality standards follow Production Notes
- Ensure paperwork has been verified and correct
- Identify and eliminate quality issues
- Perform Process Audits
- Ensure quality defects are contained, reported and eliminated in a timely manner
- Complete quality paperwork is completed at beginning and end of each shift
- Complete all quality paperwork for every process
- Enter daily data into system
- Scan and organize all paperwork after each shift
- Assist in lab testing as needed
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
