About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead daily quality control testing to ensure aggregate products meet specifications. Partner with operations teams to adjust production processes based on QC data. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits. Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices in QC procedures. Train and guide team members on quality standards, testing methods, and safety practices.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of aggregate quality standards, testing methods, and specifications.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support production and quality goals.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with QC tools, technology, and documentation processes.
