About The Position

Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: NBIX) is seeking a QC Stability Data Entry Specialist to support our Quality Control (QC) team. This position offers hands-on experience in managing and maintaining critical stability data that supports the release, validation, and lifecycle of biopharmaceutical products. The QC group plays a vital role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards for product stability programs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency with data systems, and an understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation requirements. This role will support data entry, review, and maintenance of QC stability databases and related documentation.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an interest in biotechnology.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and be a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry would be an asset but is not required.
• Familiarity with biopharmaceutical technologies, physical and life sciences, product development, and regulatory approval processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and maintain stability data into electronic systems and databases.
• Perform accurate transcription of laboratory data into LIMS or stability tracking systems.
• Support data verification and quality checks to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in generating stability summary tables, trend charts, and data reports as requested.
• Collaborate with QC analysts, stability coordinators, and QA personnel to resolve data discrepancies.
• Assist with preparation and organization of stability documentation for audits and inspections.
• Support general QC documentation activities, including scanning, archiving, and version control.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives related to data management.
• Collaborate with a mentor team of cross-functional team members as well as the other interns in the class.
• Complete a special project and present the recommendations to senior management upon completion.
