About The Position
The position involves conducting analytical testing and providing hands-on training to staff. The role requires collaboration with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Material Management, and other functions to ensure that internal timelines, testing turnaround times (TAT), and team milestones are achieved. The candidate will provide subject matter expertise during internal project team meetings and interactions with clients, as well as expertise for the Installation, Operational, Performance Qualification (IOPQ) of laboratory instrumentation, analytical equipment troubleshooting, and routine equipment maintenance. Responsibilities also include authoring stability summary reports, product specifications, stability protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance documents, and analytical methods. The candidate will provide technical support during the analytical method transfer into the Quality Control (QC) laboratory, identify gaps, design collaborative solutions, and implement laboratory improvements. Additionally, the role involves overseeing laboratory investigations, deviations, Out of Specification (OOS) results, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
