Join Kite and help create more tomorrows. Job Description QC Sample Management Lab Ops Tech II: Perform QC sample receipt, sample process, and sample distribution for testing and storage. Perform Cryo sample transfer from -80C to LN2 storage, Gather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibility. Perform 5s, Audit Checklist, and standard works in Lab. Maintain Right the First Time. Maintain “0” OSHA recordable goal in Lab. Participate and support in ad-hoc projects or other duties as needed. Shift hours are flexible within seven days each week. Ability to lift 25 lbs and work with dry ice and LN2 freezers. Additional duties as assigned. These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.

Requirements

• AA Degree with 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical / biotechnology or similar manufacturing cGMP
• High School Degree with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical / biotechnology or similar manufacturing cGMP
• Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed
• Must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate dependability and timeliness
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work with dry ice and LN2 freezers.
