In this role, you will lead critical projects that ensure compliance and quality standards, directly impacting the success of life-changing products. Collaborate with Analytical Development and customers on method validation and transfers. Drive compliance by managing Change Controls, Deviations, and investigations. Support analysts with troubleshooting and technical challenges. Prepare and review cGMP documentation, including SOPs and reports. Report project progress and escalate issues when needed. Identify and implement process improvements within QC. Participate in and lead Audits on behalf of QC. Work on time-sensitive reviews of analytical data. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline. Strong expertise in Analytical Chemistry and GMP compliance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in teams. Proficiency in QC-related systems (e.g., MasterControl, CDS, DMS). A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Requirements
